Well this trip to St. George was a bit of an adventure for us. We ended up having to take a detour on the way over because I-70 was closed just after Richfield. Because of a fire on Beaver Mountain. So we ended up going down to Pangutch and back across to I-15. It really didn't add much time to our trip. By the time we got to my parents house we were all sick of being in the truck. The rest of the week was spent having a good time we went to the rodeo 2 nights in a row. Kolbie and grandpa got to ride a horse before the rodeo on Thursday. That made Kolbie's whole day! Saturday was an adventure in its self for Kenyon. He got to drive a garbage truck, a roll over truck, a fork left, and anything else my uncle would let him. ( he owns DIXIE WASTE in st. George) Kenyon loved every minute of it. Later that day we went to the hour and 20 minute long parade.( and I am not joking about that either) Kids got lots of sugar. Sunday we drove home. This is what we had to drive threw on the way home......it was yucky.
After we made it threw all the smoke we saw this water helicopter. the kids thought it was awesome.....and yes I took the picture while driving down the road.....lol
