The Best surprize .......

Saturday afternoon my Dad calls me and asks to talk to Kamree. she talks for a minute, looks out the window, and then tells Kenyon to talk to Grandpa, and practically throws my cell phone at him. then she runs to the the door, opens it, and takes of running screaming GRANDMA!!!!! In complete shock I go to the door and my family is here! It was the best valentines day present they could ever give me! I was so happy to see all of them! We spent the rest of the day hanging out and visiting. On sunday we skipped church to go sledding with them. It was a blast. (Don't have any pictures of sledding but I will get some from my mom. ) After sledding we went to sarah and Fritz's house for dinner and played games. On Monday they spent the morning with us and had to go home :( ....but I was glad they came over to see us.....especially since they were not going to be here for 2 more weeks....

Kolbie & Minnie

This is my sister in laws puppy Minnie. Kolbie loves her & will not let anyone hold or play with her when they come to our house. He is so sweet and cute when he plays with her. I think that Minnie likes him too, they sit and play together very well.

Weekend in Delta

we went to delta over the weekend for Grandpa Hoggards surprise 80th birthday party. He was very surprised and it was very nice to see all the family that came. We had a lot of fun. Dennis and Grandpa spent alot of time out in the shop building together. They built me a really cool shelf to go in my bath room that will hold my curling iron, hair straightener and hair dryer!!! So now I will have more counter space! The kids had fun playing with grandma & grandpas new dog OTIE...and Traci. But the best part was NO SNOW!!!! Sorry I don't have lots of pictures my camera was being dumb.

Falling Snow

So remember how I said we had all this snow hanging off our roof?

Well not anymore...... @ 4 this morning we heard a big boom  & the whole house shook. I got up to make sure that everything was okay . When I got back to our bed room Dennis said the snow fell off the roof. Okay no big deal. He jumps out of bed grabs a flash light and heads to the back door, Only to find out that the snow had covered our heater exhaust vent .  So he comes back and asks what time it is and starts to get dressed while telling me whats wrong.  So I go to the back door to look and this is what I find up against the door.

All this snow and ice. we are luck that it did not break any windows or our double glass doors. So my sweet Husband ( who has to be up a 5:15 to go to get ready 4 work) goes out in the freezing cold and starts shoveling to uncover the exhaust vent @ 4 in the morning. All the while hitting huge pieces of  ice while shoving.

We get it all uncovered and then move what snow we can away from the doors to shut them only to find out the all the weight that fell on the doors had sprung them. so our doors don't shut right and if you don't look them they pop open.  Just our luck. Trying to go back to sleep was not easy ( at least 4 me) I was wide awake by now. I think I finally went back to sleep right before dennis' alarm went off for him to get up.  It was an eventful morning for us. But at least I can see out the back door for now. I guess that's a plus.

Winter Wonder Land..............

This is all the snow in our back yard  & hanging off the roof.  We will be lucky to see out the back door in the morning if it keeps snowing & blowing like this. There is only a 4 foot gap between the snow on the ground and what is hanging off the roof.   we have really long icicles  too that the kids want to break off.

New wahser & Dryer!

We got a new washer and dryer today. I LOVE LOVE LOVE them! Yes I have used them already they work awesome. No more having to dry stuff 5 times before it is dry, or having to make the washer do the spin cycle 3 times to get all the water out. Thank you Honey for getting them for me. xoxoxoxoxox

8 years!

Dennis & I have been married for 8 years today, & what a journey it has been. We look forward to many more eventful, fun & loving  years together.
