Sunday Hot Dog Roast

After Church our family and Mandy Tim and Skyler decided to go Roast hot dogs and marsh mellows. The kids and the dogs had a great time running and exploring the surroundings.

24th of July

This is what Kamree looked like while throwing candy. The theme was back to the future, So she decided to where these glasses. Doesn't she look Hot!!!!

The day started off with the parade that we put the truck in. Kamree and Dennis threw candy. Then we headed to the park for some lunch and just to visit. We all ate yummy food and the kids had fun running around. Then we went to the tractor pulls and watched all the tractors do there thing. After a couple of hours in the sun and me getting sun burned we decided to go home. Kolbie need a nap too. We cooked hot dogs and then went up to the baseball fields to watch the fire works. it was so cool to have them right over the top of you. Then we came home and lit our own fireworks. The kids had so much fun they didn't want it to end or got to bed for that matter. Finally at 11 we got them all in bed and asleep. wow what a day!

Day out at the Track

Kamree Learning how to Ride her Motorcycle!

Dennis took Kamree out to the track with him when he went riding so she could learn how to Ride her own motorcycle. She had a blast learning how to ride. Dennis spent half his time chasing her around the area where every one parks. She needs to work on using the brakes, and watching where she is going. But for the most part she has got it down.

New Haircuts!!!!

Kamree and I got our hair cut as you can see. I wanted something shorter and fun for me, and I also colored it too. I gave Kamree the choice on what she wanted to do with her hair before school started . Cut it or get it permed. Well Kamree wanted her hair cut. So we both got it cut by Denise. Kamree is very excited for school to start and is counting down the days. 24 today to be exact. Now we just need to go shoping for school stuff and she will be ready to go! She told me the night that she got her hair cut she wanted to go to school the next day. She is sooooooo excited if you can't tell. I am just hoping that I don't cry when I send her off to school.

Cherish the memories!

Cherishing great memories of a Wonderful man.

Dad

Dad...so many images come to mind
whenever I speak your name;
It seems without you in my life
things have never been the same.

What happened to those lazy days
when I was just a child;
When my life was consumed in you
in your love, and in your smile.

What happened to all those times
when I always looked to you;
No matter what happened in my life
you could make my gray skies blue.

Dad, some days I hear your voice
and turn to see your face;
Yet in my turning...it seems
the sound has been erased.

Dad, who will I turn to for answers
when life does not make sense;
Who will be there to hold me close
when the pieces just don't fit.

Oh, Dad, if I could turn back time
and once more hear your voice;
I'd tell you that out of all the dads
you would still be my choice.

Please always know I love you
and no one can take your place;
Years may come and go
but your memory will never be erased.

Today, Jesus, as You are listening
in your home above;
Would you go and find my dad
and give him all my love.

We love and miss you tons DAD and Papa

4th of July Fun

So for the 4th we went down to Blanding to watch the parade. The kids had a ton of fun. Kolbie even enjoyed him self. He really like seeing the horses. When they went by he got all excited. Kamree and Kenyon we very happy to see the fire trucks with the water on because they were getting hot by the end of the parade. They also got more CANDY then they have ever gotten this year then in years past. After the parade we ate and wondered around for a while then headed home. Later that night we decided to have a picnic in our front yard and invited Mandy Tim and Skyler to join us. We cooked hot dogs and had chips, salad, and little smokies. Because of the price of gas we didn't want to drive back to Blanding to watch the fireworks, but we still had fun.
Sorry there's not any pictures for this post the batteries went dead in my camera right before I went to take a picture at the parade.:~(
